Rapid Photo Downloader 0.9 Enters Beta, Adds Support for openSUSE and Fedora
Rapid Photo Downloader developer Damon Lynch announced this past weekend the release of the first Beta build of the upcoming Rapid Photo Downloader 0.9 series of the open-source and free photo and video downloader for Linux PCs.
Rapid Photo Downloader 0.9 will be the next major release of the application developed by a photographer for amateur and professional photographers alike. The new series has been in development for the past one a half years, during which it received an Alpha milestone approximately eleven months ago.

Now, I appreciate that few of you will have much use for this app, but it’s too cool to not throw a few words up here about.
It’s called Gkill and it’s an interactive command-line process killer for Windows, macOS and Linux.
The app is written in Go, and lets you quickly filter through and kill running tasks and processes using your keyboard.
