Valve have released a new Steam Beta Client with a richer Discord-like chat interface
The latest Steam Beta Client is out with Valve's revamped chat interface, along with some minor UI work as well.
Here's how the new interface and settings look, which is quite a lot cleaner and it does certainly look a lot more modern that's for sure. Steam's chat system was probably one of the oldest parts of Steam, so it's good to see a renewed focus on improving it.

Vulpine is an action & exploration game involving animals armed to the teeth, coming to Linux
There's something amusing about seeing a Fox running on all fours, with a sword in their mouth. Vulpine will let you be that Fox and more. One I'm sad I missed on Kickstarter, where they had a successful round of funding with $26K that ended in February. Linux support is confirmed for it and it should be a same-day release.

Little Bug, a really interesting adventure platformer to release this summer with Linux support
Little Bug [Official Site, Steam] seems to be one I completely missed, an adventure platformer with some striking art that was funded on Fig and it's coming to Linux this summer. It's not your traditional platformer either, which is what really managed to catch my attention.

Grab your chef's hat as crazy party game Overcooked! 2 looks like it will be on Linux
Overcooked! 2, a crazy party game full of manic cooking games looks like it will actually be released for Linux. Developed by Ghost Town Games, with a publishing hand from Team 17, it looks like it could be a huge amount of fun.
We never did get the first one on Linux (despite quite a few asking for it), so it was quite surprise to see this. Team 17 did say in the post asking for the first one to get Linux support, that they were listening, so it looks like they skipped the first to give us the newer game.
