Top Linux vs Windows Disputes Myths
In continuation of my previous article “Can Ubuntu Defeat Windows”, which caused some disputes, I decided to share my vision of the most Linux vs Windows disputes myths.
I am not going to start a dispute here on what is better and which OS will beat another. That is all depends on your belief, your PC level use, your work, your payment abilities, what you need from OS and how you use it.
The article is based on such aspects and arguments as:
* User friendly OS;
* Software;
* Installation;
* Hardware;
* Cost;
For a Linux Distributive I have selected Ubuntu (with GNOME DE). I sure that other dists are all cool, but in fact, I know Ubuntu much better then other dists, because I use it at work for already 1,5 years.

Can Ubuntu Defeat Windows
This article is mainly dedicated to one of the most favorite Linux distributives – Ubuntu Linux (including Edubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, and other something-buntus).
The last 6.10 version is really amazing, it gives the user full control over the system, and the pleasant human theme can force anyone to fell in love with it. It supports 93% of Desktop hardware from start and 85% of mobile hardware (laptops). I can say, yes, the 6.10 can be a proud for the Ubuntu Development Team.
The question is whether Ubuntu can really defeat Windows (Vista)?
That Story.
