One Step Forward, Two Steps Back

I grabbed the mini-disk, and went to work.

Like I stated before, the Gentoo Handbook checks in at a whopping 87 pages when I printed it, but the Quick Install Guide is a mere 11 pages. I like the less verbose method of installation of the Quick Install Guide: it is well laid out, and gives you just what you need to get a Stage 3 install up and running.

Running through the steps, it occurs to me that in some ways, the installation in really elegant.
