What is hypervisor in cpus ?

Since Intel has the virtualization in the CPU hardware, sparc, and AMD 64 bit cpus have to have software RTOS optimized by people like CCUR.
The concept of symmetrical processing is now carried over by hypervisor, except in real time. Which makes it simultaneous processing.
How you process the data is the efficiency in computer operating system
You need RTOS microkernels to drive multicore individually to run monolithical programs in Linux, Solaris, and windows.
Vista is the only operating system that is build from WinCE to XP then updated into soft threads to do realtime simultaneous data processing.
