Why not getting a Windows system for a new user is a good thing
It is a story I read on many websites on the Internet, and one that tech users can relate to, being a tech for your parent(s) when you are not around, and even if you are, it can still be a pain, heck even if you are tech support in a company you'll come by these.
The thought of having your parents go onto the computer by themselves could be a daunting task since they might not know what they are doing. They are a great target of viruses, spyware and other harmful annoyances that they can fall for because they are not gurus.
This article will go into why giving a parent, or relative or any novice user a Windows PC is going to give you a lot of headaches or ulcers.
My system is slow
Oh those dreaded system is slow comments can mean anything from actual problems to spyware, and chances are it's the latter. These are one of the annoyances that are most often reported. When someone you know is new to the computer, you give them a little bit of information and hope they can just go and learn by themselves kind of like riding a bike.
