Australia v1.4.0 was released March 6, 2007
You can download it at Sourceforge. Its about 46mb. The English version is switched by language or the half hidden American flag by Latvian flag. Just click on the flags and you will be in the English window manager.
Its simple desktop with a serene scene of bamboo and lake and trees in a fog, no blue or orange anywhere.
The terminals may still have Latvian language here and there. All the old programs are still there. Because the distro does not use hdd, or USB memory; it is small and self-contained. Version 1.3.0 being server version had to install the website in ISO file. This version is back as desktop to install website application only, by remastering the ISO.
So we shall expect perhaps Austrumi might expand into website installed on USB 2gb drive and support the ramdisk from USB? Self-contained and hotplugged on the fly to switch websites in version 1.5.0? Web pages by abiword, anyone?
