The KDE 3.5 Control Center - Part 4 - KDE Components
Welcome to part 4 of our series on the KDE 3.5 Control Center. In this part we will be covering is one of the easier to understand sections of the control center. But just because it's easy doesn't mean it's not important to you. So let's look at each of the 8 different areas in this section and go over the importance of each of them to your daily KDE experience!
The Component Chooser is a subsection that allows you to specify which programs will, by default, automatically handle various services for you such as email and web browsing. As was mentioned in earlier articles, Konquer is the default web browsing application for KDE. In this section we'll be able to change that. So if you prefer Firefox, Mozilla, Opera or some other 3rd party browser, then you can specify it here. But let's go over each of the five basic components covered in this section.

Samsung, Red Hat to Work on Linux Drivers for Future TechThe metaverse is expected to uproot system design as we know it, and Samsung is one of many hardware vendors re-imagining data center infrastructure in preparation for a parallel 3D world.
