Liquid recipes for Linux health food? Drinkables ?

To reduce your weight, liquid diet is often used; help digestion and clean up your system. And water added to solid food reduces calories.

For breakfast. one banana and any cup cake, add 12 ozs of hot water, use blender well for a few seconds; you have a faux hot ice cream drink. Cold water can be substituted.

For lunch, a drinkable sandwich, any slightly chopped delicatessen meat, diced lettuce, chopped tomato(canned), two pieces of bread, and 12 ozs of water. Add mayo, salad dressing, barbecue sauce to taste. Blend well for a few seconds to particle size desired for drinking.

For dinner, slice roasted meat, add onion, potato, carrots(cooked) and noodles in 12 ozs of water, blend to desired size for drinking. Add salt and pepper or other spices for taste.

Have fun, and expect to lose 10-15 pounds of your weight, because you are eating less food but more water by serving size.

Footnote:
Water is added to help smaller blenders work better to chop up food to smaller particle sizes.

I'm not sure what parallel multiverse that's true in, but here on planet earth, that is certainly NOT true.

So although it might be fun to imagine a Liquid Twinkie diet, there's absolutely NO science to your theory.

The theory is dilution ?

If you eat by weight of the food. 4 ozs of beef or lamb is 450 calories. pork is 350, chicken is 250 and fish is 150, give or take upto 100 calories depending on the cut?

When you add 4 ozs of water, the total calories of 4 ozs of meat and water is only half. If you eat 8 ozs of meat and water, then it is still the same calories. But your stomach is filled with water(the zero calorie filler)

In chemistry, we use dilution to fix many formulas?

Fast food, Mongolian hotpot, Linux open sourced recipe ?

Rachael Ray has 15 minute meal preparation Italian recipes.

But in the spirit of Linux open sourced community; eating must be Mongolian style. Every one do some parts of the cooking?

Boil a pot of water. All the people start to cut the desired meal of meat and vegetable, thinly sliced. Dip in water to cook well done, remove them to your own dish for adding condiments.

Add noodles and rice also to cook in the water for up to 30 minutes, remove the desired amount to your own dish.

For large chunk of meat already cooked in Microwave oven, cook in water simmered for 30 minutes for tenderness(water added during cooking). Poke it with a knife to test tenderness. remove parts of the large chunk to your own dish for private enjoyment. Pork shoulder may take 4/6 hours. Bear paws is reputed to take 3 days and nights of simmering to get tender? But then you might like the taste of commercial tenderizers or marinades?

The most important is the sauces prepared for dipping the boiled food to taste. Its a banquet for a community, bar none; cooking(Mandriva Cooker) as you eat Linux developers style.

Microwave cooking the Linux way ?

Linux distros love to cook. Take any GPL licensed distro and hack it with different eyecandy or applications and call it your own.

So, here is what is done in the US. Go to super market and buy raw meat in any package. Come home and put it in the microwave oven, using about 500 watts in any percentage of more powerful oven.

For beef, you use 6 minute per pound of weight, and get medium cooking. Fish uses 3 minutes per pound, well done. Pork, lamb and chicken, use ten minutes per pound for well done cooking(over 165 degrees F.). The sealed packages, will cook the food with steam, and plastic sheet will blow up like a balloon without bursting. The steam cooking keeps the food tender.

Then you let the food cooked rest for a minute or two(cool the steam down) and ready for garnishing with condiments or spices, salt and pepper to taste? some linux developers should do a fancy placement of the food on the serving dish for eyecandy purposes, stack the food and condiments high?

Add canned or pickled vegetables, and rice or noodles for a full meal.

Dutch apple pie, German baloney and Heinz ketchup ?

Sometimes, Linux open sourced creation is mixed up.

So, I put a quarter of an eight inch dutch apple pie, freshly baked finely cut up; with 3 ozs of German baloney(bologna garlic) thinly sliced; and some Heinz 14 ozs ketchup; with 12 ozs of Framinham water, in a Hamilton Beach model 51101, B31 type blender(Walmart $15).

After a few zaps, and the result of a sweet and sour drink is quite palatible?

This recipe is invented by a gourmet chef, ingredients and kitchen tools can not be substituted. In other words, use whatever is in your pentry?
