Recipe for microwave cup cakes.

One coffee 12 oz mug.
One box of cake mix.
one tablespoon of vegetable oil
one tablespoon of water
One tablespoon of coffer creamer
One egg
Pam spray

Spray coffee mug with non-stick PAM.
fill it with 1/4 cup of cake mix.
add vegetable oil.
Add water,
Add coffee creamer.
Add egg.
Stir until egg is mixed with cake mix.
Put it all in the microwave oven for two minutes high(900 watts)
Let it cool before eating.

Taste like egg cake. Can be cut into cubes for canned soup.

Close enough for quiche.
Add cubed meats, ham and sausage etc., increase cooking time accordingly, and may need larger ceramic dish.
Add fruits, raisin, berries, peaches or pear pieces.
Add vegetables, spinach, eggplant, pickles, etc. to your liking.

Or make a drink with one banana, one cupcake and 12 oz of water in a blender, pulse to blend smooth.
