More liquid recipes for lunch and dinner ?

Lunch is traditionally a sandwich, here is the liquid recipe:
2-4 ozs of sliced meat,
One small boiled potato,
two slices of raisin bread crumbled,
12 ozs of water, liberal dash of Worcester source to taste.
Blend in personal blender to the particle size of your choice for timed release of food particles by digestion. Use instant coffee and nondairy creamy to clean up the blender. Coffee taste is enhanced.
Dinner is spaghetti?
half a can of spaghetti(Campbell),
a quarter of cooked spaghetti squash,
2-4 ozs of sliced meat,
12 ozs of water,
Choice of Worcester, teriyaki, or barbecue sources for additional taste.
Blend in personal blender to the right particle size. Add condiments if you like.
