ASUS may need some overhaul work on toolkits of qt, gtk+/tk, etc.

Monitor resolution of 800x480 is not compatible with toolkit gui set to 1024x768. So layout of framebuffers could make display funny.

To change every terminal to stay within the borders of 800x480 is too much work; and 1024x768 is not a linear proportion of 800x480.

So, we expect that ASUS will use 1024x768 monitor lcd screen to improve their appeal.

On the first production model, they have to fix the resolution at 1024x768 and shift the tablet to see everything. Currently their window manager is 800x480, so some applications may be displayed strangely. Window manager should be changed to 1024x768 and stay with upper left hand corner for toolbar, with left hand edge for taskbar(icons to launch programs).
