How do we start to compress the data on webpages, and allow internet transmission to billions of people swiftly, and control on LCD panels(touch screen)?

We will use faxed pixels as webpages with frontal projection of toolbars, taskbars and icons for mouse or finger on the touch screen.

Layered webpage is now used in broadcasting camera with Mpeg2 data compression. It has upto 5 layers to give it a 3d effect.

The desired cellphone data transfer on the internet needs multilayered screens to have pictures of webpages, and control panel on the top layer.

Currently, webpages are made of many framebuffers(files) and transferred from many links. which accounts for the delayed and slow data transmission. Then the data is arranged by layout engines and text rendering engines.
