So, the concept of instant on may be easily achieved by Micorsoft windows 7 microframework operating system. All they need is bios and console of keyboard, mouse and monitor on. Then a packet can be send by the keyboard or mouse to do any chore from any data storage device. VGA can be instantly changed to SVGA by firmware on the USB monitor. Why waste time loading all the drivers, and all the software before you know which application you want to use?
