Economical planning and your wealth ? data transfer rate key ?

Globalization of economy was planned by building infrastructure of water, sewer, electricity and telephone. Then land subdivision increased land value and personal wealth grew.
Next step is fast communication using edgeQAM(24/64/256 channels) technology. With the ARRS cable system, IBM(data centers) is joining Google(cloud computing); Microsoft is building 4 data centers to do cloud computing.
New faster computers will replace many older ones in data centers. Economy will grow from increased faster business transactions. Ebay will need more post offices around the world to increase shipping capacity. We expect the next 4 years to achieve $64 trillion economy around the world. We now have the tools to achieve economy by personal demands which is steadier than government supply side economical planning. Linux development should take notice and fit in anywhere.

What's in economical planning ? Next 10 years to get on board ?
The present build up is 160 mbps or 100mBps soon communications system. But the real need is telco T4 with edgeQAM sub carriers. Will it be Docsis 4.0 standard? Progress is our business, and Linux open sourced community has to be informed to get their software to do massive segmented parallel processing? Linux community has to watch the money trail, where the money will be spent.
The build up of Post office systems is a major effort, because of this age of computers. US post office has now 24/7 machines that can dispense postage for shipments. But it needs more. It needs a part time employment policy to schedule workloads. It needs a currency exchange system for countries to use post office to settle transaction accounts, before economy can flourish. These are all data center support for Post Offices. We need companies to specialize in postal systems; IBM did the postal machines in the US but not abroad, nor expanding the functions(money order purchase) of those postal machines. Then, there is the budget for Post Office data center that had to be appropriated.
Until then, without software development to handle business of merchandise transportation(supply chain) and currency exchange system;(banking) the globalization of world wide economy is not fully planned.
