Myah OS 3.0 Mouse Pro Released
The long awaited Myah OS 3.0 is here. 3.0 has been in development since 2006 right after the release of version 2.3. Being completely development from the source up has been quite an undertaking. The initial release is the flagship of the Myah OS range dubbed Mouse Pro. This name is due to the fact that it's built around the XFCE 4.4 desktop, and comes with a complete development environment.
This release is a complete Linux solution for personal computers. It is created to do just about anything right out of the box without any hassle. There is full support for watching and editing videos. If you like music you can tune into on line stations or even record your own. You can also write you own web pages or even use the IDE to start developing software.
Myah OS also comes with a complete set of system tools to help with administration. Adding packages is a simple and easy task. Myah will also let you know when there are updates available.
The Myah OS 3.0 Mouse Pro is a truly spectacular system. But for those who like to try out other options there will be 6 different systems to suit all taste. For those who would like something lighter then the XFCE desktop there is the Box and Lite editions. Both of these systems take advantage of the super light weight LXDE desktop. Box Edition being packed with the same great software found in Mouse, while Lite will be a very minimal system. For Gnome lovers there will be a Troll Edition. KDE lovers will have a Dragon and Dragon4 Edition. So you see Myah OS 3.0 will be a complete range of systems.
We believe at Myah OS that the XFCE desktop is simply the finest Linux desktop. It combines speed, stability and usability all in one. This is why our flagship is Mouse Pro. And for those who can't wait to try the LXDE desktop, you will be please to know it comes as a backup desktop across the whole Myah OS range. Yet one more reason to try Myah OS 3.0 Mouse Pro today.
