KDE comes with the everything including the kitchen sink konqueror program which acts as a file manager and browser although the file management part is being slowly replaced by dolphin. This leaves konquerors role to be primarily a web browser.

For a long time though I have been struggling with konqueror on the web browsing side of things. Sure it has passed the acid2 test but that doesn't mean that it works flawlessly with all web pages.

More and more I am having to turn to firefox (or Debians iceweasle) to enable me to use these pages. Things like banking, shopping and even this site (ITtoolbox) do not work properly under konqueror.
