Linux can save your business.

In these hard times I am seeing businesses dropping like flies. Even the big boys are talking about and acting on the laying off of thousands of workers. As always in these sort of situations what is a disaster for some is an opportunity for others. What is one mans pain is another's pleasure so to speak.

These financial hardships have not effected Linux one little bit. In fact these financial hardships are a big boost for Linux. With suppliers of proprietary software feeling the pinch they will redouble their efforts to obtain revenue they believe is theirs from business that use pirated software. Normally this means that the BSA does an audit of your company, finds some pirated software and slams a huge fine on your business. This fine can be big enough to shut your business down as hard as Hulk Hogan can body slam Peewee Herman.

We all know why businesses use pirated software don't we. Not only do businesses believe that the expense is unjustified, smaller businesses just cannot afford it. Even large and enterprise businesses have a huge chunk bitten out of the bottom margin for software costs.

By using Linux businesses can cover around ninety nine percent of their business needs and they don't have any initial overhead that they have to pay for.

What it boils down to is that Linux can mean the difference between your business sinking or floating through this financial storm.

LOL - can there really be people that stupid/naive. I must of sleep thru that day in MBA school when they went over wishful thinking and pie-in-the-sky business modeling.
