NVIDIA Cards On Ubuntu Should Not Create Envy
How difficult is it to get NVIDIA or ATI cards working with the latest Ubuntu releases? Well based on my experience, NVIDIA and ATI are about the same these days. But then again, I have NEVER used the restricted driver manager that came with Ubuntu as I have never had anything but problems with it no matter what I used it for.
No, when it came to using restricted drivers for my video cards, I opted to use the Envy utility instead as to date, for myself personally, it has yet to fail me once.
