Intel sues Intell over Intel

CHIP GIANT Intel is taking legal action in a California court against a firm called Intell Detection Systems.

Intel said that Intell also trades as Intell Security Systems and claims Intel's trademark is diluted because people might confuse Intell for Intel.

Intell, not Intel, installs security and alarm systems for commercial and residential properties.
