Firefox is an Open-Source browser developed by the Mozilla Corporation and is considered to be the second most popular web browser in the world (Internet Explorer is the first). Firefox is said to be stable, secure and efficient. Firefox is still considered to be a browser worth using becuase of the infinite amount of extensions available. Many Linux and BSD distributions like Ubuntu, OpenSUSE and Mandriva already provide Firefox as a pre-installed application or an optional package. Some complain about Firefox’s speed, because of its slow load up times and general use.
