GNOME Shell 2.91.91 Released

The Gnome Shell team has announced the release and availability of version 2.91.91. These tarball releases are provided largely for distributions to build packages.

The GNOME Shell is under heavy development however, developers claim that "while many planned features are not yet implemented it is stable enough for everyday use."
