Fedora Scholarship Recognizes Students for Their Contributions to OSS
Red Hat, Inc., the world's leading provider of open source solutions, today announced submissions are being accepted for its 2012 Fedora Scholarship program to acknowledge college students across the globe for their contributions to free software and the Fedora Project, a Red Hat-sponsored and community-supported open source collaboration.
The Fedora Scholarship is awarded to one student each year to assist with the recipient's college or university education. Now entering its fifth year, the Fedora Scholarship reflects the Fedora Project's efforts to inspire college students to use and contribute to open source software.
