UEFI + Secure boot are really completely different issues.
UEFI is 100% fine to use (it has various benefits over bios boot) - I have Fedora, Kubuntu, Linux Mint, Arch all installed in UEFI mode - there is not any issues. The rEFInd boot loader does everything I need.
Secure boot is completely different issue - it is secure boot that prevents installation of other OS's not UEFI.
Your poll should separate the choices.
Going forward, Tux Machines does not have ads. Instead it relies on readers' support and is run as a public service.
