TM Donation Drive, Updates
Our donation drive has been going well with several very generous pledges. All are appreciated and are allowing me more time for tuxmachines. Ad revenue increased as visitors allowed ads for my site and that is appreciated as well. It never fails to move me at how generous the human species can be. With so much ugliness in the world today, I'm grateful everyday I belong to a community like Linux and Open Source Software.

I know how tough the economy is all around the world, but anything you could chip in would certainly help, even a cup of coffee to keep me going on those long busy days. Please see the donation page for options or

Samsung is working on new memory technologies that provide faster bandwidth inside hardware for data to travel between CPUs, storage and other computing resources.
