Sun reportedly sues Azul over patents
Sun Microsystems has sued computer maker Azul Systems Inc., accusing it of patent infringement, according to several online reports.
A Wall Street Journal online report said the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court in San Jose, alleges that Azul infringed on a number of Sun patents that deal with memory design in microprocessors and technology that helps transfer information between chips.
