The "(Two Versions Ahead Into the Future)" neowin article.
In all honesty, Windows 10 and the next version after it look horrible. The trend started with windows 8.
The flat look simply kills accessibility. The waste of screen space is as bad as early versions of Gnome3.
The argument was that changing the visual appearance only affects people used to the older look which is wrong because even someone looking at a computer for the first time will find it easier to use KDE4's Oxygen Qt style than KF5's Breeze style (or Windows 7 against Windows8/10)
