BFS Scheduler Updated For The Linux 4.3 Kernel
Con Kolivas has released the BFS scheduler v0.465 with support for the Linux 4.3 kernel.
It's been a while since last having anything to report on BFS while this week he released a new version that seems primarily just about adding Linux 4.3 kernel compatibility. This is significant as he didn't end up releasing a BFS update for Linux 4.2.

Samsung, Red Hat to Work on Linux Drivers for Future TechThe metaverse is expected to uproot system design as we know it, and Samsung is one of many hardware vendors re-imagining data center infrastructure in preparation for a parallel 3D world. Samsung is working on new memory technologies that provide faster bandwidth inside hardware for data to travel between CPUs, storage and other computing resources.
