Novell responds to Open Addict's boycott
"Novell's John Dragoon, Senior VP and CMO, responded today to our original
letter calling for a boycott of all Novell products and services. Their
response has been posted to our Novell Boycott page."
Excerpt:
As to your belief that we have violated the GPL, we disagree. We have made no admission of patent violation within Linux and would take no action that knowingly prevented us from selling and supporting SUSE Linux. We have been a long time supporter of the Open Source community and it's many efforts to create and distribute world class Open Source software. We remain committed to that goal.
Full Response can be found on Open Addict's Novell Boycott page.

took the time to again answer some more questions posed to him regarding
the Novell/Microsoft deal. This interesting e-mail outlines what many
people believe: it was made by people sitting in a boardroom motivated by
a few customers.
