Compiz 0.7.4 Released
Skipping a Compiz 0.7.3 release, the Open Compositing community has this morning released Compiz 0.7.4. Since Compiz 0.7.2, there is now configurable handling of overlapping output devices, enhanced focus stealing prevention, configurable/optional delay for edge actions, and unredirection of fullscreen windows.

Samsung, Red Hat to Work on Linux Drivers for Future TechThe metaverse is expected to uproot system design as we know it, and Samsung is one of many hardware vendors re-imagining data center infrastructure in preparation for a parallel 3D world.
