Eee PC stuffs opposition at awards bash
THE ASUS EEE PC has won the 'Gadget of the Year' gong at the 2008 Stuff Magazine Gadget Awards held at a swanky London hotel earlier this week.
The diminutive kneetop was praised by the UK gadget mag's staffers who said that, "No other gadget has had the impact the Eee PC did this year."
And the winners are...
Gadget of the year: Asus Eee PC 901
Other nominees: Apple iPhone 3G, Nintendo Wii Fit, Sony PS3 80GB, Microsoft Xbox 360 60GB, B&W Zeppelin, Nokia N96
International brand of the year: Nokia
