SillySoft launches Castle Vox boardgame
SillySoft has released Castle Vox, a "classic strategy" game for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux featuring 35 maps and various historical, geometric or fantasy settings. The game is periodically updated with new maps.
Using the talents of Lux map-makers, the game features maps ranging from ancient England to Alcatraz, from Hades to the Holy Roman Empire, and battles over all seven continents including the poles in various time periods. It includes same-time turns and team options, along with challenging computer AI for solo matches.
The beta for Castle Vox was a finalist at the IndieCade Games Festival. The game is available for free trial download. Licenses cost $20.
